There are no problems with shifting or anything.* Also there are not "noticeable" air leaks.Last edited: Oct 29, 2018Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds
Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.
so this is a clutch systems fault, most of the time being set from low air pressure or air leaks, it could also be set if the cca is seeing a higher actuating position than what it has seen previosly, that being said most of the time they happen when air pressure is low, i would test your clutch system with ptt to make sure there is no leaks in the system and also check the X values and see what kind of condition the clutch is in being that the miles you have are at the point that i have seen a lot of these clutches go before. being that it did it only once i would not worry to much about it, #### like this h
Volvo FH13 60 plate - check transmission next stop?
syva1
Hi guys,
I have Volvo fh13 60 plate. The message " Check transmission on next stop" appears twice a week. Please see attached pictures. Originally I thought that is clutch but when I ran a test on computer it shows that the clutch has enough thread. From the history the clutch was changed when the truck had 370K, now the truck has 710K.
What do you think it is? and who would you suggest to get it fixed? I am based in Coventry. Thanks,

The cost of this is no doubt taken care of by your driver use and responsibility policy?

Hi all,
Trying to start my 2006 volvo fm with I shift but its displaying a message saying “check gear selector at next stop” then when I cancel that message it says “engine starter, gearbox not in neutral”. When I turn the key all I hear is the relay clicking. Gear stick is definitely in N!

Try putting it in gear then knock in to neutral whilest ignition is on

If that doesn’t work you could try switching it off at the isolator for a couple of minutes, then retry.

Maybe check the block connectors below the gear shift and behind the drivers seat they do become loose ?
