Wave 2025 Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions detail the “Wave 2025” offer. Qualified bookings will get a certain percentage off a booking for a second person travelling in corporation, plus a free “Bar Tab,” in varying amounts depending on the length of voyage.
Buy One, Get a Discount for a Second Co-traveller
During November 2024 through January 2025: “Buy One Fare Get a Second Fare 80% off.” Under the “Wave 2025 Offer,” through 30 January 2025, Virgin Voyages will provide a total discount of 40% off both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 retail (base) voyage fares when two (2) Sailors novel a voyage to sail together in an Eligible Cabin. Additionally, if there are four (4) Sailors travelling together in one cabin, all four (4) Sailors will receive 40% off their Voyage Fare.
Eligible Bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin for an eligible voyage datebetween 12:01 a.m GMT on 13 November 2024 through 11:59 p.m. GMT on 30 January 2025 for an Eligible Voyage. Eligible voyage dates are any voyage open for sale on non-charter, open, revenue voyages.
Eligible Cabins: Only cabins in the Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins, The Sea View, Lock I
MY NEXT VIRGIN VOYAGE POST-VOYAGE OFFER

1. Offer Terms.
1.1. Current Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail our “My Next Virgin Voyages Post Voyage” Offer. This offer is an extension of our “My Next Virgin Voyage” Program, enabling a Sailor who has sailed within the last 14 days to register for a post voyage offer incentive. This offer applies to a disembarked passenger, i.e., “Sailor” in our marketing voice, who has sailed within the last 14 days.
1.2. Effective November 20, 2024, “The My Next Virgin Voyages Post Voyage” Offer consists of an Onboard Credit, applicable towards the Sailor’s future voyage. Sailors can reserve “My Next Virgin Voyages Post Voyage” Offer by placing a $150 USD (or currency equivalent) deposit, acting as a “Placeholder” reservation. The amount of Onboard Credit will be determined by the length of the voyage when the sailor converts their Placeholder reservation to an actual sail date.

Brilliant New Incentives from Virgin Voyages
Virgin Voyages is kicking off new Brilliant Lady voyages from NYC this September and to celebrate, the cruise line is offering two “fabulous” pre-cruise and onboard incentives.
Sailors (Virgin’s term for travellers) can enjoy a complimentary stay at Virgin Hotels New York City before the cruise with “Stay Sail and Save” and advisors can score extra “loot” when booking their first sailors with “Brilliant Bounty on Brilliant Lady Bookings.”

Before you sail
Do you or your Sailors have any questions that need answering before the voyage?
Yes, your service dog is permitted on board. Service dogs are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability, such as guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling wheelchairs, etc. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals and will not be welcomed onboard.
While in public areas, service dogs must be on a leash, harness, or other restraining device. Due to health regulations, service dogs are not permitted in pools, whirlpools, or spas. Care and supervision of the service dog is the sole responsibility of the owner. Our ships will not provide food or care for the dog but will provide designated service animal relief stations onboard that can be set up on Deck 7. Service dogs may not be left unattended in the cabin.

Any voyage lasting between seven and thirteen nights will receive a $300 “Bar Tab” for the cabin. Any voyage lasting five or six nights will receive a $200 “Bar Tab” for the cabin.
