Bookmakers have issued surprise new odds for the next James Bond as speculation over who will replace Daniel Craig reaches fever pitch.
Last week, Henry Cavill was revealed to be a new favourite, with his odds slashed to 3/1, helping to close the gap with long-time frontrunner Aaron Taylor-Johnson whose odds stood at 8/11.
Now, Coral have slashed the odds of Fantastic Beasts star Callum Turner, following a rush of support over the weekend.
'Callum Turner has been extremely popular in our James Bond betting over the weekend, forcing us to slash his odds to replace Daniel Craig,' said Coral's John Hill.
'With Turner being backed, and Dua Lipa odds-on to play the soundtrack for the next Bond movie, the power couple could be the future of the franchise.'
Dua, who announced her engagement to Callum over the summer, has been backed for years to be the next star to sing the theme tune, following in the footsteps of Billie Eilish and Adele.

The latest James Bond odds possess Henry Cavill as clear favourite to be named as Daniel Craig’s replacement, with plenty of speculation in the media suggesting that he is being lined up for the role.
Cavill has shortened into favouritism overnight with William Hill and the actor, established for his role as Superman in Man Of Steel, has had his odds cut from 3/1 into 2/1 favouritism in under 24 hours.
Cavill has ousted Theo James from the top of the next James Bond odds market, with the latter’s odds drifting from 15/8 to 5/2.

“We’ve cut Cavill’s odds from 3/1 to 2/1 which sees him rise to the top of the betting to become the next 007. We’ve seen him in Bond-esque roles in recent years and the public seem to accept he’d be the ideal candidate to play the world’s most famous secret agent.
