The ShelbyNEXT Membership iPhone app allows you to access all of ShelbyNEXT Membership's core features while on the go!
People Features: - Create People. - View lists of all members and groups, complete with thumbnails of profile pictures. - Use as a church directory, if enabled. - View all information for a person. Including personal, contact, dates, custom fields, and family. - Tap profile image to add a new one. - Edit all fields, including custom ones. - Add/remove people from groups. - Add/Edit notes. - Print a summary page, using AirPrint. - Add a person to your Contacts.
Self Check-in: - People can check in when close to church, so labels are already printed and waiting for them, when they get inside.
Interactions: - View lists of Completed, Outstanding, and My Outstanding interactions. - Edit Outstanding Interactions. - Assign/Log a new interaction.
Attendance: - Add/edit attendance for a group. - Add visitors who are currently in the system. - Create and add visitors. - Swipe left on a name to see more options.

The Child Check-in app allows your volunteers to wirelessly check-in your church's children at services and events. You can print labels to a bluetooth or wifi label printer. And it's fully integrated with ShelbyNEXT ChMS too.
You can choose the group to check each child into, add new children and families, and edit the notes that print on the badges.

None of our printers will show up on the network, even though I can see the printers and print from every other app on my device. This app never gets updated, and shelby's support is nonexistant. Every sunday has turned into a nightmare because of Shelby. It is like the makers of this app invented it to destroy Christian

Select Members in the top menu bar, and click Member Login. Or go directly to https://churchwithoutwalls.shelbynextchms.com.
Enter username and password (You will receive login credentials in a separate email from TCWW)
Click on “Login”
If you have not received your login credentials,
Click on “Forgot Password”
Enter the email address that TCWW has on file for you
Click “Send Password”
Check your email with username and password (Make sure to check SPAM/Junk folder if you do not see it).
Click the link “You can login here” and copy your username and password from email.
Click on “Account” to change your password to one you’ll remember.
If your name or email address does not work, please contact or complete the Member Census to update your email.

ShelbyNext was designed to distribute all aspects of ministry management across the following areas:
Members – Each member of your church or organization is able to be a part of the system, and they can be categorized into specific groups as needed. Managing families is easy, as each individual member can be added or removed at any time.
Groups – Your system’s members are able to be placed into groups, and each group can be organized exactly as you see fit. You also have the ability to mass email or communicate to as many groups as desired.
Interactions – Any communication you have had with a member of your organization is tracked as an interaction. You are able to log any interaction such as a phone call, house visit or email, and you have the ability to create your type of interaction within the system (i.e. Social media message). Interactions tracking allows you to designate certain staff memb
