Next day foamex printing
1. When will I receive my order?
If you order before 1pm on any weekday (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) then on the Same day your order will be printed and ready for collection or dispatch.
2. What happens if I miss the 1pm deadline?
If you still need your order printed the same day, then just give us a call on 0207 117 2844 or email us and we may still be able to do this for you.
If this isn't important, then printing will take place the next working day.
3. What happens if I place my order over the weekend and need to collect / need delivery over the weekend?

It is also better to email us in case the person handling the out of hours calls is unavailable immediately.
Note, an Out of Hours fee will be charged to cover this service (starting from £105+VAT on top of the total cost of the order). The fee varies depending on the production time and the time of day we need to produce the order. If we can produce the order between 9am to 6pm during the weekend or bank holiday then the fee will be at the lower end of the scale, compared to producing a
Do you provide downloadable templates?
On most of our product pages, you can find free downloadable templates to help you set up your artwork for print. They’re available in AI, IDML and PDF formats to suit the design software you’re working in. Our downloadable templates include key information on creating artwork as well as instructions on how to save out your print-ready PDF.
What is bleed?
Bleed is an area of print outside the document that must be added to your artwork before it’s sent off for print. By adding the all-important bleed (a minimum of 3mm on all edges), there’ll be no chance of white space left on your document and it'll be trimmed correctly without cutting into any design. Some products call for a different amount of bleed, so be sure to examine our downloadable templates to discover out the correct amount.
What is safe area?
The safe area is the space inside where your print will be trimmed. Keeping any important parts of your design away from this area will make sure that they aren’t accidentally trimmed off due to the natural movement while your print gets finished. If you already have print ready artwork please follow the steps below;
- File format must be either JPG, TIFF or PDF.
- Artwork must be sized to the banner size required or an equivalent ratio. This is to limit any resizing of your banner which could lead to stretching and pixilation.
- The ideal resolution of the artwork will be greater than 150dpi but a lower resolution may be acceptable.
Purchasing multiple items in one order:
If you are supplying multiple files for an order, please email us with a breakdown. This needs to include your order number and a description of which files are for which product. Where necessary please specific quantities.
