General
- Some expeditions start with tech in inventory slots. You need to move them.
- If you need Polo to show you Atlas stations, he won't do it UNLESS you also ask him to show you black holes. Then you will see both on your galaxy map.
- If you begin your game in online mode after starting an offline expedition, you will be taken to the Anomaly and the expedition will end. If you undertake not save before closing the game, you can go offline and resume the expedition.
- To summon the Anomaly after your first warp jump you must now enter then exit the room station (this may be a bug).
- If you feel we should all be able to replay expeditions online at any occasion, please tell Hello Games.

- Removing Larval Core Patches -
The Fiend Egg/Larval Core bug has been fixed, so the patches are being removed from all the expeditions that required them (1, 3, 4, 7, 13, 14).

Expedition 19: Corvette has been added and the multiplayer/community milestones have been replace with milestones that can be completed offline.

New expedition
Expedition 17 is still running for another four weeks I believe, it might be down to 3 now.
There is no scheduled date for the next expedition. They’re never necessarily all back to back, the usual pattern is update with an expedition, then an update without one, rinse and repeat.
Last year was a little unusual in that it had 5 expeditions throughout the year, but then exp16 was followed by a redux of expedition 2 before the usual Christmas repeats of that years expeditions and then we went straight from that into expedition 17.
I think this has been the longest streak of constant expeditions, usually theres 2-3 month gap between new expeditions (which there was between 16-17 give or take a month if you don’t count the redux)
I get the feeling expedition 18 will be maybe April, if not towards the end of march.
Expedition 17 was also delayed for a week due to bugs preventing some people from completing the redux of 16 and to give those folk more time.
So 17 could run closer to 18s release due to the delays.

Hello Everyone!
2024 has been another impactful year for No Man’s Sky, with the team pouring so much love into every update. OMEGA, ORBITAL, WORLDS PART I and AQUARIUS added breadth and depth to so many areas of the universe - from a complete overhaul of the expedition system, starship customisation, elaborate new space stations, new planetary biomes, incredible rendering improvements to water and clouds, and so much more. A few weeks ago, we even introduced cross-save between our huge number of supported platforms, a massive technical undertaking.
This year has also seen no fewer than five(!) community expeditions, bringing Travellers together in a certain corner of the universe to experience a themed event and work together to complete unique challenges and earn limited-time exclusive rewards.
We know that our players have busy lives, and know more than most that there are other games to play. That’s why, for the last couple of years, it has become customary for the No Man’s Sky team to re-run the expeditions from that year over the holiday period when leisure time is more plentiful, and in a “reduxed” form such that they can

What Are Expeditions?
Simply put - Expeditions are timed events in which you embark on galactic trips from one specific point in the galaxy to another. They
