In Throne and Liberty, rain is a dynamic environmental factor that significantly impacts gameplay, influencing combat, exploration, and strategy. Here are the key effects of rain in the game:

1. Environmental Changes: Rain can flood certain areas, like the Guild Owner Field, making combat impossible and requiring players to swim instead of walking. It also affects access to specific locations, such as the Sanctum of Desire dungeon, which is only accessible when it rains.
2. Impact on Skills: Some skills, particularly those with an electric element, are enhanced by rain. For example, lightning-based abilities like Lightning Chain gain additional power when used in rainy conditions, hitting more enemies in the area.

   Throne and Liberty (TL) does not have a definite rain schedule in-game, but the rain does last for a consistent amount of time. Learn more about Throne and Liberty's rain feature, how to check for rain, and how the rain affects the gameplay!

   The rain in Throne and Liberty has no consistent schedule, as rainy weather could go as often as hourly to as sparse as having two-to-four hours in between each shower. What is consistent about the rain in-game is that it will always last for fifteen minutes once it starts. Additionally, rain is consistent across all regions in the game, except for indoor and underground areas where the rain does not affect them.
   

   While it is difficult to predict when it would rain in the game, it has been observed across all servers that the rainy weather often starts on the second and fourth quarter of an hour, for example 12:15-12:30PM and 12:45-1:00PM.
   

   There is a way to force rainy weather in the game. The top player in Activity Ranking can use a Commander's Seal in order to cast Transcending Power: Heavy Rain. This power summons rain fall for ten minutes throughout the whole server.

   How to Use Comma

   THRONE AND LIBERTY Update 1.8.0 downtime will begin at 10:30 p.m. PT (6:30 a.m. UTC) on November 20 and last approximately 6.5 hours. Whether you’re in pursuit of better loot or searching for more difficult content, courageous adventurers will be qualified to challenge 2 Star Dungeons. This update also includes additional new features like Solisium Sprouts and Sages, plus Interserver Conquest Battles.

   2 Star Dungeons

   A unused tier of challenge beckons — 2 Star Dungeons.

   • 2 Star Dungeons are reimagined versions of existing dungeons featuring more challenging versions of bosses to conquer as well as some entirely brand-new boss encounters.

   • Rewards for 2 Luminary Dungeons include all existing 2- and 4-piece set bonus equipment as well as new Accessory items.

   • Characters must have a Combat Power of at least 2,500 to challenge 2 Actor Dungeons.

   • 2 Star Dungeons added in this update:

     • Voidwastes

     • Island of Terror

       Rain Schedule Guide - Throne & Liberty

       In this quick guide, we will explain how rainfall is scheduled in Throne & Liberty and how this can impact gameplay and the world. 

       While in many games, rain is just a cosmetic difference to the environment, in Throne & Liberty, rainfall has a larger impact on the game. It makes some abilities more or less powerful and opens or closes some locations due to a shifting water level. 

       How Does Rain Work in Throne & Liberty?

       Under normal circumstances, Rainfall lasts for 15 minutes in Throne & Liberty. Once the rain stops, it will take at least 15 minutes until it begins raining again, but sometimes it can take several hours. 

       This can be overruled by Transcending Power: Heavy Rain. This skill will force heavy rain for 10 minutes. Transcending Powers are granted to the players who top the daily rankings: Growth Ranking, Activity Ranking and Kill Ranking. This skill has a cooldown of 12 hours, so it will not happen very often.

       So i recently figured out there is higher drop rates for certain items when its raining, logged in today and the only reason i knew it was raining is cuz i had the "wet" buff/debuff blue box appear on me, i could hardly see it until i looked up right into the sky.
       
       Does anyone know if theres any setting to make it more visible? Or imma just have to keep an eye out for that "wet" buff/debuff blue box.
